Tap into Brady Medical's experience with electronics applications. We laminate and die cut custom components to shield valuable electronics from Electro Magnetic and Radio Frequency Interference (EMI/RFI). Utilizing foils, films and conductive or insulating adhesives, we convert these components in our Class 10,000 certified Cleanroom (Class 7 per ISO 14644-1). We use non-shedding polyester liners and cores.
Since we design unique processes for each product, we can also combine multiple layers of polyimide for high heat or vibration dampening adhesives based on your unique needs.
